Stack Up
Cards that stack on scroll, and every card is your own canvas frame. Each card pins a peek below the last, the cards behind step back as the next one slides over, and an index says which card is on top and jumps to any of them. A keyboard never lands on a card that is buried.
01
Your own frames
Every card is a frame you draw on the canvas, any layout you like, connected to Cards in order.
02
A peek of each
Each card pins a little below the last, so the edge of every card before it stays in sight.
03
The cards behind step back
As the next card slides over, the ones behind shrink and dim a little, by amounts you set.
04
It says where you are
The index names the card on top. Press a number, or use the arrow keys, and the pile goes there.
05
Still when asked
Reduced motion keeps the pile and drops the motion. The canvas draws the cards still, as drawn.
Scroll. Five frames drawn on the canvas, connected to Cards in order, pin one onto the last. Press a number in the index, or use the arrow keys on it, and the pile goes there. Tab into a card that is buried and it comes to the top first.
STEP 1
Draft
Write it down while it is still rough.
STEP 2
Review
Someone else reads it before it goes anywhere.
STEP 3
Publish
Ship it, then start the next one.
The same component on dark, with Dots at the left, a small tilt and Step as its word, so a screen reader hears Step 2 of 3. A visitor who asks for reduced motion gets the pile without the motion.
